Refund & Cancellation Policy

Back to OAZEE

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased through the international OAZEE service at oazee.com.

1. Free Plan

The OAZEE free plan is not billed and is therefore not subject to payment refunds.

2. Cancelling a Paid Subscription

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period.

You will ordinarily retain access to the paid features included in your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

After that period ends, you will not be charged for another renewal unless you reactivate or purchase a new subscription.

3. General Refund Rule

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.

Cancelling a subscription therefore does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

When a plan is activated, OAZEE may immediately provide access to hosting, AI functionality, credits, website-generation resources, and other paid features.

Failure to use some or all of the functionality or credits included in a plan does not by itself create a right to a refund.

This rule does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, rights relating to defective or non-conforming services, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Consumers in the European Union and EEA

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and enter into a contract with OAZEE online, you will generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to applicable exceptions.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires, using or another withdrawal method made available by OAZEE.

If you expressly request that OAZEE begin providing a paid service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, we may begin performance immediately.

If you subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal during that period, you may be required, where permitted by applicable law, to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided before you informed us of your withdrawal. That amount is calculated by comparing what has actually been provided up to withdrawal — such as the elapsed portion of the current billing period, hosting and support already supplied, and any AI credits already made available or used — to the full scope of services covered by the total price agreed under the contract.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins where you have given the express prior consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law.

Where the law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate performance or supply begins, OAZEE will request it separately as part of the purchase process.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital services or content.

Model withdrawal form. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may (but do not have to) use the following model form:

To: Arti Group s.r.o., Schulhoffova 793/3, Háje, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic,

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the provision of the following service: [name of plan or ZEE pack], ordered on [date], received/started on [date].

Name of consumer, address of consumer, signature of consumer (only if this form is notified on paper), date.

5. Consumers Outside the EU/EEA

Consumer-protection and cancellation laws vary between countries and jurisdictions.

If mandatory law applicable to you gives you a cancellation, cooling-off, refund, or similar right that cannot legally be excluded by this Policy, that right remains unaffected.

Where no mandatory refund or withdrawal right applies, the General Refund Rule above applies.

6. Incorrect, Duplicate, or Unauthorised Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, contact as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the transaction and, where an incorrect duplicate charge is confirmed, arrange the appropriate correction or refund.

If you believe a payment method has been used without your authorisation, you should also contact your payment provider promptly.

7. Service Problems

If a paid Service materially fails to conform to what was agreed, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include bringing the Service into conformity, a price reduction, termination, or a refund.

Nothing in this Policy limits remedies that are mandatory under applicable consumer law.

8. Domain Registration

Some plans may include or permit domain registration.

Domain registration begins after you request the domain and may involve an immediate payment by us to a third-party registrar or registry.

Once a domain has been successfully registered, the registration may be technically or contractually irreversible.

Any cancellation or refund relating to a completed domain registration therefore depends on the nature of the service already performed and applicable law.

Fees attributable to a registration that has already been completed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights.

9. Credits

Unused credits included with a subscription do not ordinarily have a separate refundable cash value.

Cancellation of a subscription does not ordinarily entitle you to payment for unused subscription credits.

Separately purchased credits, promotional credits, trial credits, and subscription credits may have different validity or expiry conditions as disclosed when they are provided.

Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. What Happens to Your Website After Cancellation

After a paid subscription ends, your website stays online for a further 30-day grace period.

If you do not renew during that period, the website stops being published. We do not delete it — it stays stored in your account so you can come back: once you pay for a plan again, it goes back online automatically.

You can permanently delete the website at any time in its settings in your account, or ask us to delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Downgrades

If you move to a plan that supports fewer websites, subdomains, language versions, or other paid features than you currently use, you may be asked to choose which websites or features remain active.

If you do not make that selection within a reasonable time, we may select on your behalf, ordinarily preserving the website(s) with the most recent activity.

Unless stated otherwise when the change is made, a downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.

A downgrade does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

12. How Refunds Are Paid

Where a refund is due, we will ordinarily return the payment using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and country involved.
